Our aim is to include the stakeholders, employees, managers, customers, community groups and others in designing and planning for needed changes.
The mission of Visioning Values™ is to build bridges of understanding in our city, state, country and world. To do this, we help you build bridges of understanding within your organization to achieve optimum performance. We meet with the CEO or Chief Officer of the organization to start our assessment. Then, we develop a strategy to include the stakeholders, employees, managers, customers, community groups and others in the design. We may provide training sessions, direct consultation, meet with community groups, survey employees, organize strategic planning, and more. All of these techniques are aimed at giving you an accurate picture of the possible solutions. By helping you clearly articulate the vision for your organization, as well as the values or guiding principles by which you strive to do business, we are able to design programs and services that are value based.
